 Tara Air   9N-AHH Twin Otter carrying 20 passengers and three crew members en route to Jomsom from Pokhara  crashed in Myagdi's Rupse. The plane took off from Pokhara at 7:47 this morning and lost contact with Pokhara Air Traffic Control after 10 minutes of take off. 
The local people of Myagdi sight the plane plunging to the mountains with big bang . Fire  and smoke is seen coming from the hills near Myagdi which confirms the crash of Twin Otter.  
The plane is crashed near the highest waterfall of Nepal  Rupse Jharna.
